About NCYH

NCYH is a not-for-profit youth ice hockey organization that operates out of the Northern Colorado Ice Center (NoCo) in Windsor, CO and the Edora Pool Ice Center (EPIC) in Fort Collins, CO.
 
NCYH is a charter member of the premier competitive youth hockey league in Colorado known as the Colorado Competitive Youth Hockey League (CCYHL).
 
NCYH offers youth hockey programs for beginners and experienced players alike from the ages of 4 years old to 18 years old. Our programs include:
 
Under 8 In-House or Recreational (Learn to play)
 
Under 8 "Travel" or Jamboree teams
 
U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, and U-18 Recreational teams
 
U-10 through U-18 Non-tier Travel ("A", "B", "C" levels)
 

U-12 through U-18 Tier Travel ("AA" or nationally recognized)

U-19 and U-14 Girls Hockey

 
 
Teams vary from level to level in number of games played, in-state and out of state travel and practice frequency.
 
In the 2007-2008 Season NCYH was composed of 650+ members and offered 14 travel teams, 14 recreational teams, a girls U19 team, and a successful 8 & Under division. In 2007 NCYH purchased the Providence Ice Centre with the help of the Colorado Eagles and merged with their membership to create an association that strives to provide the best possible hockey for all of Northern Colorado. In addition, NCYH has changed its mascot from the Grizzlies to the Junior Eagles and has begun a relationship with the Colorado Eagles of the Central Hockey League.

CCYHL Ranked 4th Toughest League in Nation

The Colorado Competitive Youth Hockey League (CCYHL) is ranked the fourth toughest conference for the 06-07 season according to a national hockey rankings website. Rankings take into consideration strength of schedule, goals scored and strength of conference.

We should all be proud that our players are participating in one of the most challenging leagues in the country .
