Northern Colorado Youth Hockey

Northern Colorado Youth Hockey provides the opportunity to play at the following levels:

• NCYH Travel
  
• NCYH In-House
  
• 8 & Under
• Girls Hockey

It is advised that parents use their best judgment when deciding to attend practices when there is inclement weather.  Because of the size of region that makes up the membership of NCYH, it is difficult for our staff to know what the weather is like in the other areas.  For example, it may be acceptable driving conditions at NoCo, but may be treacherous driving conditions in Cheyenne, Longmont, Greeley or other areas.  Players should notify their coach as soon as possible if they are unable to make it to practice due to inclement weather.  If a coach elects to cancel a practice due to inclement weather, the coach should call the office at NoCo and let them know.

 
Game cancellation decisions will be made by the staff of NCYH.  Game cancellation notification will be posted online no later than 3 hours prior to the start of the game.  Managers should contact the opposing team if a game is cancelled due to inclement weather.  It is advised that parents use their best judgment regarding driving when there is inclement weather.
