Scrip orders will be picked up AND dropped off on Fridays. 

All scrip orders must be dropped off by 5pm on Fridays.  Scrip will be delivered by 6pm the following Friday. 

Please check the web site often.  Prices/percentages change all the time.  I encourage you to print your order form off the web site each time, as the order form on the web site has the most current information.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE RESUMES SEPTEMBER 10    

KING SOOPERS   

I will take King Soopers orders on a weekly basis or as needed.  Please email me your King Soopers order by Monday at 10AM and I will be able to deliver it to you by Wednesday.  Please deposit your payment in the box by Wednesday.

We are shifting operations to the mail box located in the rink. You will be picking up your scrip from the mail box.  Any staff member can show you where the mail box is located.

Please get into the habit of placing your order & money in a sealed envelope and placing it in the outgoing mail slot of the mail box.  I will pick up orders from there.  

When you place your order, I will assign you a mailbox.  You will be sharing with several other people due to the popularity of the program and the limited number of mailboxes. I will then leave your key at the front desk for pick-up.  Please do not lose your key - you will have to pay to have it replaced.

 If you see a vendor on the scrip vendors A-Z that you would like to purchase from, and it is not listed on the NCYH order form, please write in the vendor name, number, quantity and value and I will order it for you.

I am unable to list every vendor on the NCYH order form and keep it to a manageable size list.  Sometimes a vendor is not available, and I will be sure to contact you if you have ordered from them.  I get updates from UnitedScrip each time I order.

Also, please check the additions, deletions, and specials section on the website. I try to provide the most current information that I have.

1)  Who do I make my check payable to?
NCYH

2)  Can I use a credit card?
Yes, however there is a surcharge for doing so.

3)  Can I order directly off the UnitedScrip website?
I would request that you not do so; I want to be sure that you are properly credited with your purchase. 

4)  Do the funds raised go to my account or to NCYH?
All monies go to your account.

5) What do I do if the cashier says there is no balance on the card?
Check the toll-free number on the back of the gift card.  Most cards offer a toll-free number or site that can give you the history of the card and solve the reason why it is not valid.  If the card has been used and you have obtained its usage history, then leave the cards at NoCo with the details, and I will return them to UnitedScrip and get you a replacement.
